I’ve been playing around with the

API lately Grinning face with smiling eyes Here a cool workflow which generates Client Quotes on autopilot with the help of
@integromat
In this video I will show you how to automatically generate quotes for you clients using Google Docs and Integromat. This will save you lots of time daily especially if you run a Social Media Marketing Agency or a Web Development Agency or work with clients in general!
I spent 1,000+ hours talking with 150+ No-code Founders, who have generated millions of dollars with their businesses without actually writing code.
How are they doing it?
I spent years researching and building on what they do. I wrote The Lean Side Project so you can build and launch your product.
"In this video I will show you how to automatically generate quotes for you clients using Google Docs and Integromat. This will save you lots of time daily especially if you run a Social Media Marketing Agency or a Web Development Agency or work with clients in general!
1. No-code tool feature: Google Docs
This was really a lot easier than I thought possible. For example, you could start off with a template in Google Docs and then allow you to determine which area in your template that you want to be replaced with data from Integromat. Dimitris does a great job of showing how to do that in the tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhJ9z9ZUwMM&feature=youtu.be
Every thing that you want to replace you add a curly bracket around each data point.
The advantage of using Google docs is it is flexible to dynamically format based on the number of characters in the document. An easy way to do that is use a template that may already have a table or structure that you need. Then you can
2. No-code tool feature: Integromat
Search for a google docs in Integromat and then you can select an option "Create a document from a template" and Integromat does a great job of describing what it can be used for. There is a really easy step by step process in Integromat so that you can select which data in the google document that you want to be replaced with. What I really liked is there is a way you can test this rapidly by using Integromat.
But what is really helpful is that ou can add general functions, operations or keywords to each part of the data points. This is key because it allows you to add some basic business logic on top of the data that you are passing through.
This is where using Integromat or Zapier really give you superpowers. Because the use case for this is that sometimes you just don't want to pass data through but you want to manipulate it based on pre-determined conditions so that you manually do not need to.
3. No-code tool feature: Integromat
I think one thing missing in this product is connecting the data that you want to pass through into the Google Doc template. For example, say you are collecting customer quotes for agency work. Where this could really save you a lot of time is that you could use a form available on the front end of your website and allow users to submit the details of their project. You could then use Integromat to connect from that form and then use the steps in this tutorial to pre-fill the new quote for your review. Once it gets created you can then make and adjustments to the quote before you officially send back to the client. This reduces your manual steps and allows you to think through how you can provide more value to the client improving your chances of winning the bid.
