Making content is hard. As no-code Makers it might not be our favorite thing to do. For me at least it is not as satisfying as building a product.
But Doc cuts right to the advice we all need to hear and shares what he has learned going from 100 to 6k subscribers. Which generated a game-changing flow of traffic to his digital services and products.
Doc:
I’ve been building businesses for about 10+ years and starting out I couldn’t afford enterprise SaaS platforms so I would Frankenstein solutions together to create tech stacks.
Not until years later the term no code came up and that was exactly what I was doing.
Doc:
My most recent projects are templates and blueprints for building solutions for creators and small businesses. For example, I create blueprints with Notion and Marketplan.io and sell them as resource guides from my youtube videos. The videos are free but if people want detailed blueprints on the step by step guides I offer digital downloads and now moving into low code ‘shells’ that help them build out their ideas faster.
Product name: How to Create a 24/7 Youtube Channel
Doc:
1. Streamyard
2. Restream.io to broadcast to multiple platforms
3. Repurpose.io to repurpose content to and distribute
Doc:
This sounds really basic but I schedule everything and I have accountability built in with my audience. If I’m late on my live streams, the audience will message me in the discord community. I publicly committed to 3 videos a week at least so if my normal Tuesday and Thursday uploads aren’t up I will hear about it.
Doc:
Each channel has pros/cons. I try to focus on one major platform that builds the most benefits for myself and then add channels that increase influence or reach for my target audience.
I’m biased but I’m a huge fan of Youtube because it’s built for search so it’s my main platform for growth.
I didn’t realize how much consistency allows you to have compounding interest and an unfair advantage with content. Very few people can stay consistent and by showing up so often and regular Youtube rewards you. Also Youtube wants you to make great content so they make money off of your channel so they give so much information away for free it’s amazing.
Doc:
I see makers hanging out on Twitter and message boards and not making content and blogs enough which have the true staying power for brands.
Doc:
On the youtube channel I’m going to be releasing tutorials about APIs, building a media brand and teaching how to license movies from scratch and upcoming podcast series.

I spent 1,000+ hours talking with 150+ No-code Founders, who have generated millions of dollars with their businesses without actually writing code.
How are they doing it?
I spent years researching and building on what they do. I wrote The Lean Side Project so you can build and launch your product.
I started Side Project Stack to help Makers reduce the time and effort to make stuff with no-code.I launched Get Stackd. A former #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt. It helps Makers find the best no-code tools to use to make something. It's a 100% automated web app built with no-code.
What's interesting about it? Get Stackd take's the data from over dozens and dozens successfully made no-code projects to recommend the best starting point of tools to use to make your idea. I hope that you try it out. It's perfect for just starting out.Ill be adding more to the no-code space.
